Crimson Cabaret Promo Video
Crystal Insight edited a promotional video for the Northshore Women's Centre in North vancouver. Additionally, Crystal Insight shot the interviews portion of the video at their location, and created the title graphics for the piece. Crystal Insight 2012 Logo - 3D Design
The Crystal Insight 2012 video logo is now complete. It was created in Maya 2011 using caustics and rendered using Mental Ray. You can watch the new intro/logo by clicking the image above.
The Crystal Insight logo was first designed in 2001 and has evolved over time to become what it is today.
2011 World Bikini Model - Commercial/Promo Video (China)
In August 2011, Crystal Insight New Media Inc. was hired to shoot and edit a promotional video for the 2011 World Bikini Model Competition held in Crouching Dragon Lake in Jiangsu, China.
The commercial was shot and directed by Crystal-Dawn Rosales and Christian Blaze using two modified Panasonic GH1 DSLR's with an assortment of lenses. Producing, shooting, and editing of the event was done on location over the course of two weeks.
Meridian Medical BCS - Instructional Video
Crystal Insight produced, shot, edited and created the 3D VFX's and animations for Meridian Medical's Body Contouring System instructional DVD.
The Video was shot at Qube Studio in Vancouver, BC, using a greenscreen in order to replace the background with custom graphics. Models were hired to act out the steps needed to use the Body Countouring System.
Maya was used to create a 3D video of how the device removes fat from fat cells within our bodies. Mel scripting was used to achieve the organic feel of the animation. The end result was a simulated electronscope view of how fat cells release fat into the bloodstream when stimulated by laser energy.
The video was shot in 1080P HD and delivered on DVD. The custom music was composed in El Salvador, Central America. Crystal Insight also designed the DVD menus and graphics.
Meekatharra Gold Corp Minning Promo Video
Crystal Insight edited the promotional video for Meekatharra Gold Corp's mining assets in Australia. The project was edited in 1080P and delivered on DVD and BLU-RAY media. A digital file version of the video was also created so that it could be used in email and powerpoint documents.
Alien Agenda : Project Grey - Feature Film
Crystal Insight is responsible for the post production on the feature film "Alien Agenda : Project Grey". From the editing and visual effects, to the music and sound design, Crystal Insight had a hand in every aspect of post production. The film was co-directed by Christian Blaze & Crystal-Dawn Rosales and marked their first feature length film.
The film has been distributed in Japan, Vietnam, Russia, Thailand, the Philippines, and the USA on DVD, Television, and VOD.

SPANK - Award Winning Short Film
Crystal Insight's first project "SPANK", a short film by Christian Blaze & Crystal-Dawn Rosales. The film won many awards in the film festival circuit between 2003-2005. The synopsis of the short film: "In this techno-future with a twist, a common domestic psycho-drama is not all it seems. Whether counseling session or virtual reality masochism, an enterprising therapist/technician makes an unexpected change in the program."
